We usually send the letters/packages up to 1-2 cds/7"s with Normal Airmail.

We do not take any responsibility for package lost in the normal mail.

If you want your package insured/registered you can simply choose it as option that is called "Registered Letter", it's safe, trackable and it is covered with a variable insurance. For orders bigger than 30-40 euro our advice is to choose in any case a trackable mail, to avoid any kind of problem.

For Italy, we usually ship for orders bigger than 1kg a special fast and insured service called 'Pacco Celere 3', it costs 12 euro for any quantity of records that you plan to buy. Time of delivery: 3 days.
Is also available, only for Italy, another service called 'Pacco Ordinario', it costs 8 euro. Time of delivery: minimum 7-10 days.

For Europe and Rest of The World we can also use a special fast and insured service from Italian Posts called 'Pacco Internazionale Celere', normally we take it for orders bigger than 2 kgs (you can arrive anyway up to 30 kgs) and the cost is variable, it depends simply from the total weight and where you live.

Two fast examples:

- 2 kgs package to Europe it costs 38 euro, time of delivery 2 days
- 2 kgs package to U.S.A. it costs 50 euro, time of delivery 3 days

Delivery Time

Our goal is to keep everything you see in our mailorder in stock. At some occasions some of our products might be temporary out of stock, if that´s the case we will get in touch with you with a new delivery time on that product.

Delivery time on package UNDER 2kg:
Europe (EU) : 3-10 business days (Inside the European Union)
Europe (Outside EU) : 4-10 business days (Outside the European Union)
Rest of the World : 6-15 business days.

Delivery time on package OVER 2kg:
Europe (EU) : 6-10 business days (Inside the European Union)
Europe (Outside EU) : 6-10 business days (Outside the European Union)
Rest of the World : 7-15 business days.

Returning goods

We guarantee that the goods you order are in perfect condition (except for the stuff with individual gradings) when they are delivered to you. You have the right to return goods provided they are in original condition. You must notify us (via e-mail to info@mannequinmailorder.com) of this immediately upon receipt of the item in question and no later than fourteen (14) days after delivery. Your e-mail must contain the following information: the order you did as well as the name of the products you wish to return. Returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition and still be in its original packaging (The seal or protective plastic wrapping must not be broken.) Enclose the delivery note or a copy. State the reason why you are returning the merchandise on the back of the delivery note. You have to pay for return postage yourself. You cannot return goods as cash on delivery.
